Protek New Warehouse Construction

This project consisted of the construction of a new warehouse facility including all associated works.
The new warehouse building consisted of a steel frame structure with fair faced block work to first floor mezzanine level from which the remainder of the building and the roof was covered with insulated cladding. The first floor deck was constructed using mezzanine system and as per the ground floor the floor was finished to a FM2 standard. Also include in this project was the erection of a steel gantry crane which is to be used in order to assist with the loading and unloading of the first floor mezzanine.

The works also included for the installation of all drainage and services and the construction of boundary walls with cast in situ capping.

This project was successful completed over a duration of 13 weeks in line with the initial base line program for the works.
