This project consisted of the construction of a new 1400m2 car park facility on a green field site.
The works involved the removal off site of 1800m3 of unsuitable material, the import/place and compact of all required fill material, the installation of petrol interceptor module and all associated drainage, the installation of all kerbing, the installation of service conduits and public lighting and the completion of all asphalt works.
This project was completed adjacent to a live working factory environment. The works were completed without causing any unnecessary disruption to the adjoining factory with part of the existing car park being joined on to the new car park.
This project was successfully completed over a duration of 4 weeks in line with the initial base line program for the works
