This project consisted of the construction of a new class 10,000 ISO7 clean room metrology laboratory within a live factory environment. The works consisted of the demolition of an existing previously constructed clean room, the installation of new clean room structure reinforced concrete footings, the erection of new clean room steel structure, the installation of new clean room cladding panels and the installation and commissioning of all required services which included new AHU’s (Air Handling Units).
This project was successfully completed over a duration of 12 weeks in line with the initial base line program for the works. The works were completed in a live operating factory environment without disruption being caused to the factory operations.
